Central management, working behind every partner
Every JV partner is backed by our central management team — the specialists who handle the business side of running a practice, so you don’t have to. Here’s what that team covers.
Training & Development
Clinical and non-clinical training delivered through our SynTrain Academy, for dentists and the wider team. The academy is headed by our Head of Training and Development.
Business Management
Day-to-day operational support and structured business management guidance for every partner practice led by our Area Managers, existing partners and our CEO, Zuber himself.
Property Services & Development
Site selection, fit-out and development for new and existing practices across the group through our Facilities team lead by our Chief Estates and Facilities Officer (CEFO)
Governance Management
Implementation of our governance framework and compliance with the CQC regulatory framework including the BDA Good Practice Scheme. Led by our Head of Governance.
Information Technology
Practice systems, software, AI and IT support to maintain the smooth running of the practices and headed by our Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
Accounting & Finance
Central financial management, reporting and compliance handled on behalf of every partner. A team of 6 accountants headed by our Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
Marketing & Branding
Clinical development relations, social media and content, and design — growing every practice’s presence through paid and social marketing. A team of 12 in-house marketeers driving patients to you and headed by our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Sales and Triage
A dedicated sales and treatment coordination team supporting patient enquiries and bookings across the group. A team of 18 highly experienced sales team headed by our Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Operations
Central operational support to help every practice run efficiently, covering performance, processes, patient journey and day-to-day practice management. Our Operations team works closely with partners and practice teams to maintain standards and drive sustainable growth across the group.
Luxe Lab
Direct access to our own Luxe Dental Lab, the UK’s first Straumann Centre of Excellence. Our fully UK-based team uses advanced digital workflows, 3D scanning and milling to provide precision restorations including implants, aesthetic veneers and full-arch solutions for our partner practices.
